Charmed Labs have just released a version of Pixy (a vision sensor for Arduino) for LEGO® MINDSTORMS. It's a smart vision sensor, with the ability to learn and track colored objects with a single button press. The new version comes with a cable to connect directly to EV3 and NXT bricks, plus a free software module for the MINDSTORMS EV3 programming environment.
If you already own a Pixy, you can immediately start using the MINDSTORMS module to make LEGO integration easier. The software is freely available - click here for the quick start guide. Directions on how to physically connect a (regular) Pixy to MINDSTORMS can be found here.
